Welcome to Clean Buddies. By accessing our website, requesting services, or working with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services
We provide commercial cleaning throughout the Phoenix Metro area. Each service agreement includes a clear scope of work, schedule, and pricing so there are no surprises.

2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the details you share about your space. If the actual site conditions are different, pricing may be adjusted. All proposals are valid for 30 days.

3. Scheduling & Access
We’ll show up when we say we will. Just make sure we have safe access to the building. Same-day or emergency requests are available when possible (extra fees may apply).

4. Payments
Invoices are due within 15 days. Late or missed payments may include a small late fee. We also reserve the right to pause services if invoices go unpaid.

5. Cancellations
    •    Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice = no fee.
    •    Cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice = 50% of the service fee.
    •    Cancel a recurring agreement = 30 days’ written notice.

6. Your Responsibilities
Keep the facility safe for our team, and please secure valuables or fragile items. If you’re ever unhappy with a service, let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.

7. Our Commitment & Coverage
    •    We’re insured and bonded.
    •    We’re not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items we can’t reasonably clean (e.g., permanent stains).
    •    In the rare case of accidental damage, we’ll cover repair or replacement within our insurance limits.

8. Subcontractors
We sometimes partner with trusted subcontractors to get the job done. They follow the same standards of quality, professionalism, and confidentiality as our in-house team.

9. Professional Standards
    •    We keep your information and documents confidential.
    •    We expect client facilities to meet OSHA safety requirements.
    •    Our cleaners and subcontractors can’t be hired directly by clients during and for 12 months after services.

10. Updates to These Terms
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
